After School Activities
Summer Camps 2025
This summer we are expanding our offerings! We will be partnering with several of the most popular BookEnds vendors to offer weeklong and some single-day programs.
AVS’ summer programs are open to all families in San Francisco, and the greater Bay Area. In fact, last year we had two siblings attend a week of camp who were here on vacation from Denmark.
Programming Partnerships
Each vendor offering summer programming is an organization or individual contractor that works with AVS during the school year to offer fun and creative BookEnds enrichment class experiences.

He continues to work with middle school students offering full-day D&D gatherings with their friends and family members.
Students who are new to Dungeons & Dragons or who want to reinforce their understanding of the basics of the game will learn how to create characters and then play those characters in a campaign (an ongoing story) throughout the week, learning the lore and mechanics of the game through play.
Students already familiar with Dungeons & Dragons will continue learning the lore, strategy, and mechanics of the game through play, going to higher levels and using more character options.
