This year's 8th Grade Landmark Trip will be to Seattle, Washington!

Students leave for their adventure on Monday, May 20th and return on Thursday, May 23rd. This is the second year that AVS will be working with the educational travel company, World Strides, to plan and facilitate this exciting STEM-themed excursion. While in Seattle, students will visit the Boeing engineering plant, travel up the Space Needle, go to the Museum of Pop Culture and the Museum of Flight, visit the Woodland Zoo and Seattle Aquarium, and take a ferry ride across Elliot Bay to explore Bainbridge Island.

The AVS staff who will accompany the 8th grade include Toni Setteducato, MS Dean of Students, and teachers Marissa Klein, Diana Ramzy, Andrew Verrilli, and Jacob Stillman. This experience is definitely going to be one to remember for these students!
