Biography

Elena Dolores (EDP) is excited to join Alta Vista School as a Kindergarten Teacher. Elena Dolores comes from Keys School, where they were a Kindergarten Associate teacher. Before moving to California, EDP worked as an associate teacher at Grace Church School in New York City. With a Master of Arts in Understanding and Securing Human Rights from the University of London and a Bachelor of Arts in Peace and Conflict Studies from Colgate University, Elena Dolores brings a strong academic background and a deep commitment to fostering equity and justice in the classroom. EDP is an avid runner hiker who enjoys exploring tide pools. Elena Dolores is also a lover of animals and finds joy in observing wildlife and caring for their cat, Mitzi.
