Biography

Meta is an experienced Education Specialist who has worked in Southern California public schools for six years. She has taught Literacy, Science, and Mathematics and loves all aspects of education and academia. She is well-versed in Inclusive teaching practices and UDL and promotes the adoption of such strategies at all grade levels. Meta believes that with the right tools and structures in place, all students can achieve and make meaningful strides. She also is a proponent of SEL, particularly when it is embedded within the curriculum. Meta’s purpose is to produce students who are not only academically strong but also socially conscious. When not supporting and inspiring students in the school environment, Meta enjoys hiking, cycling, art, and exploring new cities, museums, and eateries.
