Biography

Tania P. Shah is the Global Head of Diversity and Social Impact at Tipalti, a fintech startup.  She is a former attorney and nonprofit executive director who has worked with leadership teams in the tech, retail, and professional services sectors to help their companies become better places to work and better corporate citizens.  Tania is a graduate of UC Berkeley School of Law and UC Berkeley's undergraduate Social Welfare program. 

Tania is the mother of two AVS Lower School students and has served on the Executive Committee of the AVS Parent and Family Group and as the team manager for grade level soccer and basketball teams.  She loves exploring the Bay Area and beyond with her family, service learning projects and stand up comedy.
