Biography

Growing-up, Penny has always had an affinity for numbers. Realizing accounting as her career, she has garnered invaluable experiences with corporate, private, and non-profit organizations. Her personal interests include cooking, hiking, gardening, and good company. It is her pleasure to serve the Alta Vista Community. ​
